About the Role

Our file clerks are responsible for storing and retrieving documents including financial records and images. The ideal candidate has strong administration skills and is a self-starter who understands the value of completing tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks according to deadlines and always being available to assist fellow coworkers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing
Strict adherence to written procedures
Assess the scanned documents to make sure that all received documents have been scanned and that all scans are legible
Handle highly confidential information with the highest levels of discretion
Managing digital documents including encrypted and email correspondence
Perform other related duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and File Sharing
Experience in Microsoft Access or other database software a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of document scanning and compiling documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Value processes and love to consistently apply it to ensure documents get handled uniformly, the same way, every time
Manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements

Expertise with document review, and computers, including scanning, digital saving, Adobe PDF, and Sharepoint. Great organizational skills, and attention to detail.
