We only consider experienced family law paralegals. Paralegal applicants are expected to be able to communicate with clients, coordinate consultations and meetings, work on disclosure and discovery, draft pleadings, communicate with opposing counsel, know family law filing deadlines, docket pertinent dates, and work with clients and attorneys to find amicable resolutions to family law issues.
Requirements
Family Law Paralegal Experience
Knowledge of Family Law filing deadlines
Knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure
Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal)
Strong writing skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Exceptional time management
Ability to effectively prioritize work under deadline pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and document production skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Time Matters
