Biography
Rachael is an Arizona native, born and raised in central Phoenix. She graduated from Xavier College Prep in 2006 and went on to graduate from the Barrett Honors College at ASU with a BS in Justice Studies, emphasis in English, minor in Family and Human Development, and certificate in Public Administration and Management. Rachael's honors thesis concerned the DREAM Act; Consistent DREAM; Inconsistent Support.
Rachael earned the honor of being a Fenmore Craig Scholarship Recipient. She attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and graduated in 2013. Shortly thereafter, in October 2013, she was admitted to practice in Arizona. Rachael then did a fellowship for the city of Scottsdale City Attorney's Office before joining Morse Law Group in 2014.
